QC Team Introduction

Our company has a group of dynamic QC team.
QC team has the main characteristics of obvious autonomy, broad mass and high degree of democracy.
The QC team is based on professional quality inspectors., and it comes up with an effective form of attracting employees to actively participate in quality management with flexible activities, QC team isdivided into IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC and other functional positions.

IQC

Mainly responsible for incoming inspection, detection of defective products.

OQC

Mainly responsible for sampling inspection

IPQC

It is mainly responsible for the quality inspection of the products in each process of the production line, and prevent the unqualified products from being put into mass production.

FQC

It is mainly responsible for isolating the products produced during this inspection period when nonconformity is found in the inspection, affixing labels, isolating and labeling, communicating with the production department and reporting the major quality problems to the department supervisor in a timely manner

Our Service

Design

Our company has 10 in-house professional designers based in Zhongshan. They come up with various designs for conceptual 3D and media. Our designers can transform a critical design into a practical prototype within a reasonable time and budget.
Prototype

We have a development center of 10,000 square meters, which contains well-equipped machines with the capability of developing prototypes with various materials. A product testing lab locates within the development center, which ensures the quality and guarantees the durability of our product.
Production

locates in an industrial park of 10,000 sq.m equipped with metal, plastic injection, printing, acrylic fabrication factories for mass production. Our production line provides an online quality check team and an individual quality assurance team that ensures the products meet customer’s requirements.
QC Team
